Career path

Tam has over 20 years of international experience in strategic and operational human resources management - including as CHRO and member of the management board in various industries. He is passionate about shaping sustainable corporate and leadership cultures in phases of transformation, digitalization and realignment. He understands how to develop people and organizations in a targeted manner - be it in corporations, in the public sector or in fast-growing SMEs. With in-depth knowledge of Swiss and international employment law, as well as his strong intercultural skills, he also supports companies in complex change, M&A or governance processes. In addition to his work as Executive Advisor, Tam is President of the Jeans Museum Switzerland, a member of the Board of Directors and a committed entrepreneur in the field of Swiss Made products for the Chinese market.
