Nicole Selm

Career path

Nicole Selm grew up in the canton of Aargau and remains closely connected to the region to this day. People, communication and entrepreneurship have been the common thread running through her professional career. Over the past ten years, Nicole worked for a major Swiss recruitment and staffing company – initially as a Recruitment Consultant, later as Branch Manager and most recently as Head of Division. During this time, she was able to deepen her passion for the recruitment industry and direct interaction with people, while building long-standing and trusted relationships with clients. An entrepreneurial mindset has been part of Nicole’s journey for many years. She took her first steps into entrepreneurship as a co-owner of a cleaning company. Through various further education courses and training programmes in communication, sales and personal development, she has continuously expanded her knowledge and expertise. She continues to embrace her entrepreneurial spirit today: together with her daughter, Nicole runs three Pilates studios alongside her main profession. As an experienced recruitment consultant, Nicole combines sound commercial expertise with extensive experience in human resources, accounting and customer service. What matters most to her is supporting people in their professional development and building long-term, mutually successful relationships. We are delighted that Nicole Selm will be bringing her experience and network to Stellenwerk in her new role as Regional Manager. For Nicole, people will always remain at the heart of what she does – the best connections are created when there is not only a professional, but also a personal fit. This is precisely the belief that Nicole shares with Stellenwerk. With Stellenwerk since October 2026.
