Branch Manager (m/f/d, 100%)
Your varied range of responsibilities includes, among other things:
- Full operational and strategic management of the sales location, including budget and KPI responsibility
- Personnel management and motivation of the sales team in close coordination with HR interfaces
- Ensuring compliance with international brand guidelines on the sales floor as well as developing local revenue initiatives
- Intensive cultivation of a discerning client network and representation at exclusive regional events
For this position, you bring the following profile:
- Business management degree or comparable qualification in the premium service sector
- Several years of leadership experience in upscale retail or the luxury sector
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a deep understanding of lifestyle
- Confident personal style as well as proficiency in Italian, German and English at a negotiation level
