Since November, we have been delighted to welcome a new addition to our team in Zurich – Mary Berchtold brings a breath of fresh air and a wealth of experience to our team as a senior personnel consultant!

The certified human resources specialist has many years of experience in HRM, including as an HR business partner, HR consultant, and HR manager in various industries. Particularly noteworthy is her expertise in the telecommunications, pharmaceutical, and elevator industries (Schindler). For over ten years, Mary successfully ran her own HR consulting company in Zug, giving her an excellent network in our industry. With her impressive know-how in recruitment, executive consulting, outplacement, annual planning, performance management, and implementation of HR policies, she brings valuable expertise to our team.
