We recruit and lease qualified specialists and executives on a mandatory and success basis for the whole of German-speaking Switzerland. As an Outsourcing Partner (BPO), we also offer further HR services such as outplacement, research and direct approach of potential candidates and payroll administration.
For our client, an international service company, we are looking for a recruiting professional:

Recruiter Active Sourcing (50 %, m/f)

for a temporary assignment of at least 12 months in Zurich or Lausanne. Do you have further training in Human Resources and/or Business Administration and have at least three years of experience in recruiting? If so, then read on...

Your field of activity:

  • Development and expansion of a candidate pool
  • Project management
  • Identification of market trends and next-level sourcing of candidates
  • Active sourcing using social media (XING, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Stakeholder management
  • Conception of personnel recruitment measures
Your profile:
  • Bachelor or Master at FH/Uni level, ideally with further training in HR
  • At least 3 years of practical experience in Active Sourcing / direct approach with specialists
  • Structured and precise working method
  • Good MS-Office knowledge
  • Business fluent in French and Italian, knowledge of German is an advantage
  • Good appearance and experience in stakeholder management
