HR Manager for Administration & Recruiting

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the administrative part of the employee lifecycle process from entry to exit in the Head Office (onboarding & offboarding, reference letters, conduct employee orientation/induction and introductory training, exit interviews with employees)
  • Ensure HR operational processes and systems are meeting required standards in terms of internal business partner’s satisfaction, legal and Swissport requirements
  • Support the recruitment process for Head Office roles from job advertisements (internal and external), to managing recruitment agencies, arranging and conducting interviews with line management to reference checks and contract negotiations
  • Provide a consultancy service in the area of HR policies for line managers and provide guidance and advice to managers on the interpretation of policies and guidelines
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, or other issues
  • Depending on the business requirements, HR related ad hoc topic and projects may become part of the role
Your Profile
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related subject
  • Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in HR administration and recruitment, preferably in an international environment
  • Experience in using an HRIS (preferable SuccessFactors)
  • Profound knowledge of Swiss labor law
  • High energy, personal presence and maturity
  • Strong ability to build business relationships with departments and managers
  • Excellent interpersonal coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of flexibility, ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and influence others effectively
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English as the corporate language
